NWWC Fosters Youth Engagement in the Water Industry

National Water Works Company (NWWC) as a closed joint company always believes in its responsibility toward Saudi Arabia and its economic & social role obtained from its first name as National, to participate in achieve Saudi Vision 2030 and sets its strategic plan accordingly. Saudi Vision 2030 is built around three themes: a vibrant society, a thriving economy and an ambitious nation.

NWWC Believes that these themes are integrated and consistent with each other in order to achieve the company’s objectives and maximize its share of this vision achievement. So far NWWC  started its transforming program by recruiting the young Saudi talents to give them a chance to get experience in professional environment, to meet experts in the pumping field, and to prepare them to be leaders this field by working with pioneer companies in the water pump industry, and to establish new relationships with Saudi universities and participate in the recruitment exhibitions all over the Kingdom, to reflect the National Side of NWWC in front of its customers and vendors as well.

The company wants also to plant a seed for new generation of national talents in the water sector. NWWC has also been working to roll up its leadership  in water pumping field to the industrial sector by strength our relationship with major entities in industrial sector such as Aramco, Sabic, SWCC, etc. During the year 2018, NWWC got approvals as vendor & contractor from giant organizations in the industrial sector and its sales team achieved regular visits to these firms, to present the company and introduce its products to customer by arranging seminars for its partners. working on these above points can’t convert NWWC from their social responsibility to maintain clean environment for the future generations to live healthy in healthy environment and conserve the resources by bring new technologies which can depend on renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, etc,.
