On May 29, the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance cooperation in the construction and use of water facilities, flood forecasting, and flood control planning. This agreement aims to leverage the exchange of expertise in flood water regulation and utilization, along with an in-depth study of Dutch river flow management practices.
Additionally, a memorandum was signed with the IHE Delft Institute for Water Education. This agreement focuses on training specialists and fostering interaction with scientific and innovative technologies within the water industry.
