This strategic move, facilitated by Nijhuis Saur Industry (NSI), a subsidiary of Saur Group, signifies a major step in Saur's expansion into the Asia-Pacific region.
IWE Malaysia, recognized for its technical expertise and service to key sectors such as Food & Beverage, Paper & Pulp, and Energy, aligns seamlessly with Saur Group's ambitions. This synergy will enable Saur to enhance its service portfolio and solidify its presence in Asia. Following the acquisition, IWE will serve as the regional operations hub for NSI Asia Pacific, headquartered in Malaysia.
