Valmet and Flootech signed a partnership agreement aimed at bolstering collaboration in providing advanced water treatment solutions. This partnership responds to the increasing challenges faced by pulp and paper producers globally due to a lack of fresh water supply. The collaboration underscores the necessity for water-saving measures and efficient water treatment equipment, emphasizing the critical need for re-using and recycling process effluent in today's industry landscape.

Under this agreement, Flootech will leverage its extensive technical and commercial expertise to benefit Valmet’s customers. The joint offering will encompass a comprehensive range of solutions, including water treatment and recycling, process water treatment, effluent treatment and reuse, as well as sludge dewatering.
