Peristaltic Chemical Metering / Dosing Pumps are well-suited to injecting chemicals that may clog other styles of pump. This is because peristaltic pumps have rollers that compress a pump tube in a progressive squeezing action to meter chemical, there are no valves which can clog. FLEXFLO® A-100NV chemical pumps have an impressive advantage over others, they feature Blue-White’s exceptionally engineered pump head and pump head tube design. Increased Performance is achieved because of factors such as the precision circumference of the pump head. Large internal adapter ports will manage high viscosity fluids.
The strength of the pump head adapter plate ensures the adapters are secured in place. The de-gassing design eliminates gas or air accumulation in the head. FLEXFLO® A-100NV meets chemical feed demand up to a maximum output of 15 LPH. Maximum working pressure is 6.9 Bar. The output is not affected by changes in back pressure. The durable tube adapters are manufactured of natural PVDF. To facilitate simple and efficient reorder of replacement pump tube assemblies, they are stamped with a part number. This number is easily viewed through the pump head cover even when the unit is in use. FLEXFLO® pumps feature Blue-White’s® exclusive built-in Tube Failure Detection system (Patent No. 7,001,153 and 7,284,964).
TFD detect a wide range of conductive chemicals with no false triggering. If non-compatible fluid is detected in the head, indicating tube failure, the pump automatically shut offs. The unit will not restart until the problem is resolved. This feature helps to keep both operators and pump rooms safe form spills, while helping keep potential loss of costly chemical at a minimum.
The digital touchpad with LCD display allows for precise output control of the A-100NV and includes Service, Alarm status icons. It also displays motor speed or input signal values. Additional features include: Manual or automatic control, accepts 4-20mA, 0-10VDC, and pulse input signals, 1 ampere alarm output relay, variable speed results in near continuous injection, and FLEXFLO® is designed to be compatible with Blue-White’s® Micro-Flo flow verification sensor.
