AF Gruppen, known for its extensive experience in large-scale construction projects, has secured a pivotal role in the expansion of the wastewater treatment plant in Strømmen, Romerike. Selected by Nedre Romerike Vann- og Avløpsselskap (NRVA) for Contract B2, this collaboration marks a significant milestone in enhancing local infrastructure.

The initial phase of the project will focus on refining technical solutions and project execution strategies over the course of a year. Following this phase, a target price of approximately NOK 1 billion will be established for the construction phase. Formal inclusion of the construction contract in the order backlog is contingent upon the signing of the phase 2 agreement.
